Customer Review: Not bad
Great product and I would recommend it to anyone.
The only drawback is that if you put codes in and save them to your memory card it does take some extra space.
Customer Review: A bit more direction would be nice.
The Pelican codebreaker finally, after figuring out how to use it, works great! The problem was the support. There are 3 step directions on the packaging but other than that…NADA! If the code you need is not already on the disc then you need to go to “their” official website for additional codes. The moderators are pompous and surly. They make it clear that they do not work for Pelican. They are simply “contracting” for Pelican to develope cheat codes. They state repeatedly that they are not a support for Pelican. It took me over a week to figure it all out because I was terrified to ask for instructions! Plus, even though to sign up is free, they do not accept a lot of various email addresses. Mine is AOL… it was on the list of the banned. This does not put Pelican in a good light in my opinion. ( Birds of a feather… )
Again, the product is great… there is just no support or even instruction.

Customer Review: Some Modification Required
I use the pelican cooler along with the Nyko “cooler of death” The pelican wouldnt fit with the nyko cooler intstalled so i had to get my dremel out and cut off the lip in the back and smooth it out so I could use them both. My one complaint like many other is when you lay the xbox on its side the cooler tends to come off. Right now I have mine situated so the xbox is laying flat and the cooler is hanging over the edge of my entertainment center. Another complaint is the LED is annoying. Its so bright that it can light a room and if playing in the dark its distracting. I’ll eventually disconnect it.
Customer Review: not impressed
I bought this cooler because I wanted a unit that didn’t go through the XBox 360′s power supply. Instead the Pelican cooler connects to the 360 through a USB port and your XBox 360 either rests on top of it (if you keep the unit in the vertical position) or…well, I’m not sure how it’s supposed to mount if you keep your 360 horizontal.
