this is the worst backyard game i have ever played. it has ok graphics, and good players, but the game is very slow, and you can’t even see the ball. when you happen to hit the ball, butterflys in the game take up the whole screen and none of the players even move to pick up the ball. i got a home run on a bunt which shows you how bad the game is. it always freezes and i have to quit to start a new game. i know this is not my computer becuase we just had it re-formatted, and many of my friends have said the same thing about their game.

Freezes shortly into the game and won’t do anything. Needs a patch bad. Atari has not answered my emails. Don’t buy it.

My kids love backyard baseball 2005 which runs flawlessly, so bought this to bring it up to date. But its locking up, so I guess we will wait for a patch and to come out.
