Finally I can reach the couch using this extension cord. You have to sit up close to the TV set all day. The multitap to close in? No proplem. Just hooked the multitap and the cord and your friends can go farther than before.

Contrary to a previous review, this extension cable works perfectly with the Playstation 2. It will not damage either the controller or the PS2. I have used it with the Dualshock 2, and I also found that you can even plug the receiver for the DVD remote control into it, and it works fine.

Had this and it worked fine with my old PS2. I just bought a new PS2 with the progressive scan, built-in IR receiver, and quieter operation. And guess what? It does not work with it. And Of course Sony does not offer an extension cable. Just be aware. I gave the cable away with my old system.
