I am not a fisherman in real life, but I sure am on my Xbox 360! This game is so damn fun and last for a long time as there are many challenges to conquer, tournaments to win, and hidden items to unlock. Graphics for water, the sky, and the fish are superb, while the graphics for the boat, the fisherman, and the shoreline objects are decent. Gameplay is simple with some strategy thrown in for some mildly deeper fishing. Over 30 different types of fish, 30 monster versions, 7 lakes that come with different times of day, seasons and weather to change the experience on each lake, dozens of lures, and so on. It is fun with the rod or standard Xbox 360 controller. One of the most played games on my Xbox 360 and there is not a single person who has played it that has not been hooked so far. Due note that the other two Rapala games are NOT as good as this one — not even close. My 11 year-old nephew, and 58 year-old family friend can pick-up the game and play it and have plenty of fun. Cannot recommend this game enough and here is hoping there is a sequel in the works.

This is by far the best fishing game I have played from the Rapala series of games. My 9 year old son absolutely can not put the controller down. This game was worth every penny, A must have for fishing enthusiasts w/ or w/out kids.
