Well, I wasn’t expecting much from the game, particularly on the PS2 platform, and with the low price, yet it still managed to disappoint. It gets well over half of the commentary calls wrong, graphics have not improved in the last few years, game play is still flawed, it still rains on a sunny day. In comparison to last year’s The Show, this game is beyond disappointing. Of course I love baseball video games, so I am still getting a bit of fun out of the game, but I will probably go back to playing last years the show rather than this game.
The worst part might be that a ground ball to short is called as a long fly ball to right, and a line drive is a grounder, and a pop up in the infield is a deep fly ball, etc.
I would recommend not wasting your money.
