the game arrived in perfect shape, my son played it for 1 week. Xbox 360 Console Includes 20GB Hard Drivethen the game froze,would not play any more. i called the xbox headquarters. i had to send it UPS. have not seen it for over a week now. now my son goes back to school with no time to play on a game system he bought himself. WE ARE NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH THIS COMPANY
Customer Review: Amazing System
I did get the Red Ring of death, but the games and the console have been so amazing that I did not mind. I sent my console in and within 1 week I had a new unit shipped back to me.

Overall extremely pleased with the system, functionality, and games. Would never trade it for PS3 or Wii.

So I finished up in the Secret Academy and entered the Ebon Hawk, it finishes loading but the screen is just black. I can’t see a thing but I can press A and switch my weapons. I can also open the start menu and everything works fine in there except for the map for the Ebon Hawk Interior. I have looked all over the internet and found nothing but graphic card issues for computer. I don’t this a possibility because it is an Xbox game. I am also playing it on a 360. Please help! I have a good connection to the internet, wired and wireless, but my Xbox Live connection is terrible. It’s connected to my wireless router through a 20 foot Ethernet cord and I’m considering buying a wireless adapter for the 360, but I’d rather not waste the cash if there’s another cheaper way of ensuring a better connection to XBL. I got error code E74 when i turned on my console and a single red light in the lower right quadrant. Customer Service says it’ll cost $100 to repair, but I want to know if I can get it fixed for free in any way. Was mine one of those recalled or given an extended warranty last year? How can I tell? customer service couldn’t find my serial number and said my warranty expired i told them my serial number and they couldn’t find it in the database. i think the stupid asian lady was just trying to piss me off and get $100 by assuming it expired last december.
